Free Shipping within the United States

 

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

Shipping Carrier:

We leverage a network of trusted carriers, default USPS Standard, YUN Express. Other option including FedEx, DHL, and others, to ensure your delivery arrives efficiently and on time. We select the best option based on your specific needs.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders from the United States will usually ship the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, especially during the holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Please note the shipment time stated on the product page. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.

Pre-orders and Back-orders

Please refer to the corresponding product page for the delivery time of pre-sale products and back-ordered products.

NOTE:

Customers in remote addresses can only choose Standard Shipping. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for deliveries to remote areas compared to our standard shipping timelines.

Delivery Restrictions Appply:

Some items may have restrictions on delivery to remote locations due to size, weight, or other limitations. Some items can’t be shipped to remote locations.

Shipping Country

Shipping to PO BOXES, APO/FPO

To ensure timely delivery options, we currently ship to physical addresses only. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported at this time.

Military Addresses

Due to internal procedures and regulations, we are currently unable to ship directly to military addresses.Got any questions?
